General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Voyages Waou is a travel assistance service offering tailored travel planning. It helps clients find the best deals on transport and accommodation for trips within France and abroad, providing support in creating their travel itineraries. Depending on the chosen services, Voyages Waou sends suggestions for activities, restaurants, accommodations, itineraries, and transport options.

Article 1 – Scope

These "general terms and conditions" govern the legal framework for the use of services provided via the website www.voyageswaou.com by users ("User"). Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use is mandatory for any User accessing the website, constituting a contract between the website and the User. Accessing the website implies acceptance of these terms.

• Non-Acceptance: If the User does not accept these terms, they must refrain from using the website's services.

• Modification: www.voyageswaou.com reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply, without limitation or reservation, to all orders, quotations accepted, or purchases of research delegation services (transport, accommodation, stays) and personalized travel planning services (the "Services") offered by Voyages Waou ("Seller") to non-professional consumers and clients ("Clients" or "Client").

The features of the Services are detailed on the website www.voyageswaou.com, and Clients must review them before placing an order. The Client bears full responsibility for their choice and purchase of a Service.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the website and prevail over any contradictory document. Voyages Waou reserves the right to modify these terms, which will apply upon publication. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of order placement.

Article 2 – Order Process

To request a travel plan, the Client must complete the form on the website www.voyageswaou.com, email contact@voyageswaou.fr, or contact via social media or phone. This provides Voyages Waou with essential information for their search.

1. Initial Consultation: After receiving the Client's information, Voyages Waou evaluates feasibility regarding destination and budget. The Client is then contacted to refine their request and discuss pricing.

2. Order Confirmation: Orders are valid upon acceptance of the Seller's quotation and full payment of the quoted price.

3. Finalization: An email summarizing the travel details is sent to the Client for validation. Clients must verify and confirm their order before payment.

4. Delivery Timeline: Upon payment, the travel proposal is delivered within 30 working days in PDF format, including links for reservations.

Unresponsive Clients will not have their requests processed further after five days of attempts to contact them. Adjustments can be made within six days of receiving the proposal. After this period, the proposal is considered finalized.

Important:

• Voyages Waou only provides recommendations; it does not handle bookings. The Client must complete their reservations directly.

• Voyages Waou is not liable for price changes or lack of availability after sending proposals.

Article 3 – Quotations

For services requiring a quotation, sales are considered final only upon the Client's acceptance of the quotation. Quotations remain valid for 30 days.

• By accepting a quotation, the Client fully agrees to these GTC.

• Confirmation of the quotation implies a binding contract.

Article 4 – Pricing

Prices for services are indicated on the website www.voyageswaou.com and are firm, in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes (currently VAT-exempt). Additional fees may apply for printed travel guides.

Prices are subject to change, but orders will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be made in full upon order placement via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. The travel plan will only be sent after payment is received and verified.

• Advance Payment: Full payment is required upon quotation acceptance.

• International payment fees are the Client’s responsibility.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Orders can be canceled within two hours of quotation acceptance.

• Exemption: Per Article 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully executed services that began with the Client’s express consent and waiver of withdrawal rights.

Article 7 – Liability

Voyages Waou endeavors to provide quality services but is not responsible for:

1. Unsuccessful bookings due to Client delay.

2. Errors in Client-provided information.

3. Issues with third-party providers (transport, accommodation).

4. Travel disruptions, cancellations, or dissatisfaction.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

Voyages Waou retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its services and website. Any reproduction or use requires prior written authorization.

Article 9 – Data Protection

​

Voyages Waou adheres to data protection laws, ensuring privacy and security for personal data. Clients can exercise their rights regarding their data by contacting contact@voyageswaou.com.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

Voyages Waou is not liable for delays or service failures caused by force majeure events, including government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters.

Article 11 – Contract Termination

Contracts may be terminated in cases of non-compliance or force majeure. Written notification must be provided, and a 15-day notice applies before termination takes effect.

Article 12 – Governing Law

​

Swiss law exclusively governs the relationship between the Client and Voyages Waou.

Article 13 – Disputes

Unresolved disputes will be submitted to competent courts per standard legal provisions. Mediation is available for consumer disputes.
